Total Body Conditioning is a multi-level full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat and improve overall cardiovascular endurance and conditioning. Class format will change slightly every class but will include the essentials, cardio, strength training and a proper cool down. During this class you will use the following equipment: treadmill, rower, bike, TRX band, BOSU, battle rope, steps, and free weights.
