Foxy Runners Fall Season
Service Description
Our Foxy Runners Program includes support and motivation, mentoring and expert guidance, a community you can rely on, and answers to all of your burning questions. You will receive an individualized 8- week training plan (5k, 10, half marathon). Each week we will meet for 2 live runs as a group, you will be sent 2 optional virtual cross-training workouts, and weekly recipes and nutrition tips. We will meet at Fitness on the Fox every Thursday night and a new trail in the tri-city area every Sunday morning. This running program is for everyone, whether you are a walker, beginner runner or avid runner. This program is about so much more than running. We are a community of women who support, encourage, and uplift one another. We hope to see you on September 5th.
